Her energy didn’t shout

But her silence was loud

She stood her ground

Even when her roots were shaken

She was unshaken

Many tried to tear her down

But with the pieces that fell

It built her a new foundation

She alchemized

She created

Although her silence was mistaken

She was focused she was dedicated

She was elevating

Even when her world turn upside down

It’s like she floated

Like an invisible pair of wings

That flew and the Sun recharged her

They can never say she was Icarus

Her wings never melted they grew and grew

As she embraced love and gratitude

Sometimes she did worry and fog clouded her vision

But she realized she didn’t need her sight

She seen all like a download sent from heaven

And even though many judged, mistreated her

Belittled her

She still pours out love and prays to God
