Hello?

Is anyone hearing me?

I am lost, I am scared, and these walls are caving in.

This world has denied me.

It seemed they welcomed me, but only to take—

And I was left drained.

What truly did I gain?

I pray and pray to this God

They told me to believe in,

But there is silence.

At this point, I don’t even want to scream.

I just feel numb, I feel stagnant.

But then suddenly, I started to question.

I stopped conditioning to this standard.

I started thinking outside this box

I was caved in.

I prayed day and night,

And somehow, I received answers.

It was like a random download—

And so on…

It kept going.

I became a true believer.

I had a council.

They told me not to fret, not to worry,

That they sent their highest Seraphims.

I had an army—

Uriel, Zachariah, the Burning Ones.

Although I felt lonely,

I was truly not alone.

I found my faith.

I found my truth.

And it is—

I AM.

Much has been lost,

But such worldly things don’t matter.

I found it within.

Yes, the Kingdom of God was truly there

All along.

Searching in this world,

I hit many dead ends.

I was the temple.

I had the keys.

But my memory was erased

A long time ago.

I ask of you, Father—

Allow me to remember,

Allow me to heal within.

Even if I trip and tumble,

It’s a lesson learned—

I will bounce right back up.

Even if the scars bleed,

Even if it hurts,

I know I have You to lean on.

Heal these wounds unseen

As I sing this sacred song.

It can be heard throughout the universe

As my ancestors hum in the background.

Although much has been lost,

I am found by God.

I may shed a tear,

And high tides might be produced—

But this is a healing song.

And I shouldn’t fret the outcome.

I shouldn’t be afraid.

Because in the end,

God has healed me of all afflictions.

I will stand strong.
