Here we are again many say there are levels to life many think you just walking straight forward and when you fall u  just fallen off

It’s a spiral you ever find yourself back in the beginning even though you grown

But it’s good to go back study and understood why it’s to help you in the present

You have not fallen off you’re farther from the start than you think

But the constant overthinking

The constant negative thoughts

Aren’t allowing you to fully see the bigger picture

To tell you I’ve walked many paths

And the beginning was never friendly

Obstacles after obstacles being thrown at me

But I’ve learn to duck and dodge

I learned survival instincts

I’ve learned to continue forward

Because you’re close to breaking free

They hit me with patterns I once made

They speak on my past

So now my mind is over crowded

I been so hard on myself

Like a grown adult

Punishing a toddler

When I should be nice to my inner child

But the world isn’t

Instead of uplifting you

They bring you down they see you climbing the ladder

Breaking free from illusions

Finally gaining a sense of peace

So now they coming at you head strong

They want to knock you off balance

So you fall and fall and meet them where they vibe at they want you to stoop to they level

But you’re beyond that

One Thing About The Spiral

It teaches you it molds you but you finally see

The only enemy is yourself

They can form every weapon but if you trust in your higher self in God

Every Attack they make against you

Will not exist to you cause your not on they level

It’s okay to be sad it’s okay to be scared

It’s okay to reminisce on what you lost

But Look at What You Have Gained
